gambling thru really tough runs-GUYS HELP OUT

like some of you guys said,i know what to do,whats funny,its so easy in poker for me to stay cool during bad runs but so tough in sports betting,could be i just to have the discipline to bet on sports,maybe it triggers different bells inside me than poker does,anyway doubtful i will quit in this lifetime and like some of you gus have said,at least there are some nice winning streaks mixed in,one thing i am not scared to do is fire on the man when i'm winning,i see so many gamblers make the mistake of resting on their laurels when they are hot,to me this mistake is gross mismanagement,which i am an authority on,anyway-forced to the sidelines for a while after stanford,so maybe i can come back disciplined like i did from feb 2007 thru dec 2007 when i start up again...

Funny you mention this Chunger cause I use to play poker all the time and throw away all my sports betting profit...havent played in at least a year or two...fuck poker!!!

I won the tournament the very first time I played poker. I won on a better straight that materialized on the river in a showdown. After that I tried two more tournaments and went out shortly (everyone seems to want to go all in on any hand). So much for poker.
Now you mention does the changing of games create a losing model even if you are good in one type of game.
The only thing I can say is that there is desire for having some ACTION not necessarily a strong and well thought out play
but just ACTION (addiction or boredom).
This means in the casino Craps is my game

and blackjack, roulette, and several others are my action.

I have better odds when I play Craps and less odds on the other. I play mostly 50% don't pass or pass line. Best odds in the casino.

College football is my favorite to watch and to gamble on. But it kicks my ass. I hold my own in NFL, NBA, MLB and CBB but I do pretty well at hockey. If I didnt lose every season in college football, sports gambling would probably be a pretty profitable hobby of mine.
