Really like DaVille in this one. Coaching is a total mismatch and the Ville seem to be peaking at just the right time. Ville 81-77

UNC isn't peaking? They have Won 3 tourney games by an average of 30.3 ppg!!!

I also can't agree with the coaching comment. Pitino is very good but they both own 1 Title and Roy Williams is 3rd All Time in Winning %. I'm looking for a total mismatch there and i can't find it.

I agree that Pitino is a better coach. Williams has won with top talent over his career. NC is a more talented team, but Lousiville is very well coached. However the more talented team usually wins and thats why I like the Tarheels.

Roy Williams ought to have 4 titles with the talent he's had over the years at KU and UNC. He's lost more games than he's won imo. Pitino's teams always overachieve to me and he's got this team believing in the system and playing the best ball they have all year right now. Don't know why, but I haven't been sold on UNC all year, I know all the stats and everything, but they just aren't an elite team to me. I'll probably eat crow like normal tomorrow but that's what side my money will be on

Marv Levy should have 4 Titles too but he came up short in talent in those final games. It didn't make him any less of a game coach because of it. I agree that Louisville is a great team but it amazes me how you can say you are not sold on UNC after looking at their lineup and seeing what they have done. I'm not sure what more they could do for you except win tomorrow. We'll see i guess!

Louisville pounded Tenn. but let's be honest here, the Vols were not playing well at all heading into that game. They barely won the 1st two.

if you think roy williams is as good or even close to pitino as a college coach you're nuts.

He has the 3rd highest winning % in CBB History. That is not an opinion, it is a FACT. You can call it what you want but it is what it is.

                        i know what i've watched.

pitino is on another level than williams. look at some of the teams that williams has had and never won anything with at kansas. pitino has also taken 3 different schools to the final 4, which is very impressive.

99.9% of coaches that coached the majority of their games at Kansas and UNC would be high up on the winning % list! You get talent there year after year that other schools just don't get. Roy has way underachieved imo

99% wouldn't be able to win long enough to sustain that record. Are you kidding me?? Name all these others who have done better or just as good as Roy has. I'll be waiting for that short list!

Me or you could have stood on the sidelines and "guided" some of Roy's teams to the final 4 easily
