Instead calling from your home phone, just go to a pay phone and called them. I did before a few ago and had no problem. Talk to the guy and he asked me for the # and said he'll called me back in 5 mins. So I gave him the paid phone # and he called me back.

Northcoast is good so far in the NFL and on big plays. Did you ever call their 800# when Phil's backup is there? He mentions the web site address about 5 times.
