Do yourself a favor and realize when a team flies either East to West, cross country, and has to play a game at 8am their time, it is a big deal.
Esp. when the other team drove 150 miles and will prob. have a real nice showing from the crowd. And they have the best player on the court.

Kent St should surprise some people with how solid a team they are. I think they win 1 game and put up a very good showing against Kansas.
Michigan St should not lose, but when neitzel is cold the whole team seems to go cold. They have not been too good in the spotlight in pressure games before. This is the spotlight now.
Gonzaga traveling is a HUGE DEAL. They will not adjust to the time difference until it is too late.
Arizona or West Virginia to me is a crapshoot. I think both teams will be able to knock off Duke in the 2nd round though.NFL System - Year 1

I teased Georgetown, UConn, Louisville and Texas, 9 point teaser. I still like Butler, Davidson, Miss St, Clemson and Marquette. Games I keep flip flopping on, Kent St, Virginia Tech, St Joes, A&M, Purdue, Arkansas Drake and St. Mary's. The dogs I'm thinking about playing are Oral, Siena, Temple.

Tough to fill out my bracket this year. It seems as if all of my "sleeper teams" have been paired up with each other.
EAST -
Obvious UNC is team to beat and hard to go against them in their backyard.
Sleeper - 2 of my 4 sleepers are matched up in this region. Butler vs. South Alabama. I like Butler but South Alabama is very good and playing close to home. The winner will beat Tennessee in round 2.
MIDWEST -
I think that this is the 2nd toughest region. I LOVE Kansas but can they get past Georgetown? I think this is the year of the Jayhawk!
Georgetown will win and cover in Round 2 against the overhyped Davidson - Gonzaga winner.
SLEEPER - Cal St Fullerton. I think that this team got shafted in their seeding but what can you do. Not only do I think that they cover against Wisky, I think they pull the outright upset tomorrow.
WEST -
By far the easiest bracket. I tried to find a team that can beat UCLA and I can't.
Sleeper - Purdue. This is simply because there is no one else in this region.
SOUTH -
This is the toughest region by far. Poor Memphis.
I think that Memphis will get by because they are that good. It doesn't matter if they shoot 60% from the line when they are up 15. The top portion of this bracket is weak as I think Pitt blew their load winning the Big East Title.
The bottom portion is different.
I like Texas, Marquette, Stanford and St Mary's.
Marquette and Stanford will battle it out in Rd 2.
St Mary's is a very athletic team that I think will beat Tennessee. DJ Augustine should be a candidate for player of the year IMO.
Last year I picked Memphis over Kansas. This year, I am taking Kansas over Memphis.
Good luck and enjoy the games. Let the madness begin!Am I the longest tenured BC member?
