So have to run at higher RPM, a strain on engine, fine. The Toyota all run their own Engines? I have seen a lot of writing about other teams running Hendricks engines how do I find out who, are the just Chevy I assume? Also didn't the Toyotas come to Cali for testing?

Yes, each manufacturer runs their own engines.

Hendrick leases engines to Haas/CNC Racing, Furniture Row Racing, I believe.

DEI and RCR have an engine program together.

Roush Fenway and Yates Racing share an engine program.

Hall of Fame Motorsports leases Joe Gibbs engines.

Gillett Evernham leases engines to Petty Motorsports.

Everyone else races their own I believe.

Daytona is a different animal with the draft and everything. I wouldn't base any Daytona results on my selections this weeked. No, I really don't see a rookie finishing in the top 10 to tell you the truth.

penaltys do not effect survivor since that the points are taken off the drivers total points and not the points they earned for the race.

IE Carl Edwards.
