I am not so sure...while I am certainly not defending Palmeiro and believe he did cheat, his positive test came after he took the stand. I don't believe there is a positive test from prior to his statement that he never took steroids. I am not a lawyer, but I don't believe he committed perjury. Now, we all may think he lied, but there is no proof to my knowledge.
