Philadelphia has won the last 7 home meetings with Atlanta along with 15 of the last 19. The 76ers also won 3 of the 4 meetings between the teams overall last year. BIG EDGE: 76ERS
Atlanta has played outstanding defense lately, limited opponents to an average of 87.2 points in the last 6 games. The problem is, the Hawks have scored just 86.5 per game during that stretch in going 3-3 both SU & ATS. SLIGHT EDGE: HAWKS
Hawks are 5-11 ATS in their last 16 games against the Atlantic Division.

Charlotte Bobcats at Toronto Raptors (7 PM ET)

Toronto forward Chris Bosh remains questionable with a a groin injury and may be held out again going against a Charlotte team that has lost 5 in a row. The Raptors have split two games so far without him, and they are 8-2 all-time vs. Charlotte (7-2-1 ATS). EDGE: RAPTORS
Bobcats are 61-30-5 ATS in their last 96 games following an ATS loss.
Bobcats are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 road games.

Raptors are 27-8-2 ATS in their last 37 against the Southeast division.
Raptors are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall.

Portland Trail Blazers at Memphis Grizzlies (8 PM ET)

Memphis lost 110-89 at Portland earlier this season, but the Blazers were enjoying a 4-game winning streak at that point. Since then, they have dropped 9 of 10 - including 4 straight - on their way to becoming one of three teams in the NBA without a road win. Portland has lost all 9 of its road games by an average of 13.2 points. EDGE: GRIZZLIES
Portland guard Brandon Roy is suffering through a major sophomore slump, totaling 12 points in 2 games to start the team's road trip. The reigning Rookie of the Year is averaging 16.5 points per game overall but is coming off a season-low 4 points on 1-of-9 shooting at Dallas on Saturday. EDGE: GRIZZLIES
Blazers are 7-23 ATS in their last 30 Monday games.
Blazers are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games overall.
Grizzlies are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games against the Northwest Division.
Grizzlies are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games.
The underdog is 17-5 ATS in the last 22 meetings.

Dallas Mavericks at Chicago Bulls (NBATV | 8:30 PM ET)

Chicago is coming off back-to-back wins for the first time this season, beating Atlanta and Charlotte by a combined 28 points. Veteran center Ben Wallace had his best game of the season against the Bobcats with 10 points and 19 rebounds. "We're just trying to work on getting better as a team," Wallace said. "I think that we definitely think that we can be one of the elite teams in this league, but as of late we haven't been playing like it. Tonight we came out and put together a great effort collective, as a team." EDGE: BULLS
Dallas has dropped 3 straight road games, the team's worst stretch away from home in more than 3 years. The Mavs were 31-10 on the road last season but are just 3-5 this year, also dropping 4 of 6 overall following a 9-2 start. EDGE: BULLS
Mavericks are 8-22 ATS in their last 30 games playing on 1 days rest.
Mavericks are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 road games overall.
Mavericks are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Chicago.

Bulls are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games as an underdog.

Miami Heat at Utah Jazz (9 PM ET)

Utah didn't miss a beat without Carlos Boozer and Mehmet Okur in a 120-96 rout of the Lakers on Friday. Boozer and Okur average a combined 37.3 points per game, but Andrei Kirilenko and Paul Millsap filled their void by totaling 40 points and 20 rebounds. "You need to concentrate and kind of cover for each other. I think that's what we did tonight," Kirilenko said. "Still we need Booz and Memo to get back - as soon as possible." EDGE: JAZZ
Miami has won the last 7 meetings with Utah by an average of almost 13 points. The Jazz have not beaten the Heat since January 15th, 2004. However, Miami is off to its worst start since 2003-04 following a 115-89 loss at Denver on Sunday. SLIGHT EDGE: HEAT
Heat are 22-7-1 ATS in their last 30 games against the Western Conference.
Heat are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games playing on 0 days rest.
Heat are 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings.
Jazz are 14-3-1 ATS in their last 18 home games.
Jazz are 4-11-2 ATS in their last 17 games against the Southwest Division.

Orlando Magic at Golden State Warriors (10:30 PM ET)

Orlando improved to an NBA-best 10-2 on the road with an impressive 104-97 win against the Lakers on Sunday. The Magic were able to pull off the victory despite a sub-par game from Dwight Howard, who did not have a double double for just the third time in 19 games. EDGE: MAGIC
The Warriors remain the hottest team in the league, winning 6 straight and 9 of 10. They are 8-1 since Stephen Jackson returned from a 7-game suspension to start the season. Golden State's defense has also vastly improved with Jackson back in the lineup, as the team has held 4 of its last 5 opponents under 100 points. EDGE: WARRIORS
Magic are 18-5-2 ATS in their last 25 road games.
Magic are 8-1 ATS in their last 8 games as a small underdog.

Miami at Utah (9 p.m. EST). The Jazz are 7-1 at home this season.

                STARS
                Sunday

-Carmelo Anthony, Nuggets, scored 30 points and Denver pounded Miami 115-89.

-Jamaal Tinsley, Pacers, scored 29 points, including 10 in the final four minutes, to lead Indiana past the Los Angeles Clippers 101-95.

-Grant Hill and Amare Stoudemire, Suns. Hill had a season-high 28 points and Stoudemire added 28 and had 12 rebounds to help Phoenix hold off New York 115-104.

-Tony Parker, Spurs, had 27 points and eight assists in San Antonio's 100-79 rout of Portland.

                WARRIORS ON FIRE

Stephen Jackson and Al Harrington had 20 points apiece to lead Golden State past Seattle 109-96 on Sunday in a game that was delayed in the first quarter when a small fire broke out on the large scoreboard above the court. The delay didn't cool off the Warriors, winners of six straight and nine of 10 following an 0-6 start. The SuperSonics' 41 points in the first half were the fewest allowed by Golden State this season.

                MAGICAL

Orlando downed the Los Angeles Lakers 104-97 on Sunday to improve to 15-4, matching the best start in franchise history. The Magic had the same record to begin the 1994-95 season and matched that the following season. Orlando is 11 games over .500 for the first time since finishing the strike-shortened 1998-99 season 33-17, and leads the NBA with a 10-2 road mark. The victory was Orlando's first road win over the Lakers after 10 straight losses.

                HILL OF A NIGHT

Grant Hill scored 28 points on 13-for-17 shooting, his highest-scoring game in nearly two years, to help Phoenix down New York 115-104. With the Suns pulling away, Hill went to the bench midway through the fourth quarter, possibly all that prevented him from his first 30-point game since he scored 34 for Orlando against Miami on Feb. 27, 2005, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

                ICY HEAT

Denver downed Miami 115-89 on Sunday to drop the Heat to 4-12, their worst start since the 2003-04 season. That team also started 4-12, but finished 42-40 and reached the Eastern Conference semifinals.

                CRASH THOSE BOARDS

Marcus Camby grabbed 21 rebounds in Denver's 115-89 win over Miami on Sunday. It was his fifth 20-rebound game of the season.

                STREAKS

Phoenix defeated New York 115-104 on Sunday for its 10th victory in 12 games. The Suns have won two in a row at Madison Square Garden for the first time since Jan. 2, 1990, and March 5, 1991. ... Detroit trounced New Jersey 118-95 for its sixth win in seven games. The Pistons have won five straight against the Nets. ... San Antonio beat Portland 100-79 on Sunday to win its third straight and hand the Trail Blazers their fourth consecutive loss. ... Denver beat Miami 115-89 to win its fifth straight against the Heat. The Nuggets are 6-1 against Miami since Shaquille O'Neal joined the Heat in 2004.

                STRONG IN DEFEAT

Chris Kaman had 22 points and 22 rebounds in the Los Angeles Clippers' 101-95 loss to Indiana on Sunday. The Clippers, who have shot below 50 percent in every game this season, are 2-9 since a 104-89 win at Indiana on Nov. 7 that capped their 4-0 start. ... Jason Kidd had a season-best 16 assists in New Jersey's 118-95 loss to Detroit. ... Kobe Bryant had 28 points, including 19 in the first quarter, but the Los Angeles Lakers were defeated by Orlando 104-97.

                SIDELINED

LeBron James missed his second straight game with a sprained left index finger when Cleveland lost to Boston 80-70 on Sunday. He was hurt in the second quarter on Wednesday in a loss to Detroit. ... Tim Duncan bruised his right knee and sprained his right ankle on Sunday in the second quarter of San Antonio's 100-70 win over Portland. The team Duncan would have an MRI exam on Monday.

                SPEAKING

''There'll be no video on this game, hopefully. It was not a piece of art.'' - Boston coach Doc Rivers, after the Celtics defeated Cleveland 80-70 on Sunday to improve to an NBA-best 14-2.

Ice picks: Monday's best NHL bets

Boston Bruins at New York Islanders (-150, 5 1/2)

The Bruins haven't won at Nassau Coliseum since 2001 and the home team is 4-0 in the last four meetings between these teams. Boston has only won twice in its last 10 matchups with the Isles overall.

The Islanders host Boston with a 9-4-1 record at home this season.

                    Pick: Islanders -150

Dallas Stars at Columbus Blue Jackets (-130, 5)

The Stars were on a roll in November, winning six straight before dropping back-to-back games last week. They rebounded with a 4-1 win at Philadelphia Saturday.

Dallas won its last game against Columbus after losing the previous four and have 19 wins in 25 games all-time against the Jackets.

The Blue Jackets have only four wins in 13 games and may be without starting goaltender Pascal Leclaire. He hurt his hamstring Nov. 26 and has missed two games.

                    Pick: Stars +110

Edmonton Oilers at Los Angeles Kings (-160, 5 1/2)

The Oilers ride into L.A. on the strength of a home-and-home sweep of the Anaheim Ducks. Edmonton has five wins in seven games and has scored 24 goals in that stretch.

The Kings may be without goalie Jason LaBarbera who left Saturday's loss with a rib injury. He is questionable to play tonight.

                      Missouri State at Arkansas
Arkansas has won six of its first seven, but faces a tricky game tonight against MVC perennial contender Missouri State. The Bears are coming off a 73-69 road win at Winthrop last week that ended the Eagles 24-game home winning streak and avenged a loss last year that contributed to keeping MSU out of the NCAAs. Coach Barry Hinson has an experienced squad led by Deven Mitchell, who was the conference's sixth man of the year last season and is leading the Bears in scoring (16.0 ppg) so far. Missouri State has the talent to hang with Arkansas tonight and take advantage of a double-digit line (-10) according to Dunkel, which has Arkansas favored by just 3 1/2. Dunkel Pick: Missouri State (+10). Here are all of today's games.

                            Portland at Memphis
A tough back-to-back trip didn't start out well for the Blazers last night as they fell in San Antonio (100-79) while shooting just 40 percent from the field. Portland will have to stroke it better than that to keep up with the suddenly hot Grizzlies, who have won three of their last four. Memphis pounded Minnesota (109-80) on Saturday with six players in double figures. The Grizz look to have too much firepower for the Blazers in this one and should cover the line (-8 1/2) according to Dunkel, which has Memphis favored by 13. Dunkel Pick: Memphis (-8 1/2). Here are all of today's games.

                              Carolina at NY Rangers
Carolina started its five-game road trip in rough fashion Saturday with an 8-1 drubbing in Buffalo in which goalie John Grahame gave up all eight goals on just 25 shots. He's likely to be replaced tonight by Cam Ward, who hasn't been much better with a 3.54 GAA in his last four starts. Ranger goalie Henrik Lundqvist owned the Hurricanes last year, winning all three of his starts with a 0.65 GAA. With the Rangers also picking up the offense (nine goals in last two games), New York is the pick (-160) in this one according to Dunkel, which has the Rangers favored by 2 1/2.
