GREAT GOALIES

His streak of three straight shutouts against the Oilers ended, but he has only given up four goals in those six starts. ... Henrik Lundqvist picked up his fourth shutout of the season after making 30 saves in the New York Rangers' 2-0 win over Philadelphia on Monday night. Lundqvist, who had only five shutouts all last season, has allowed more than one goal only once in the past eight games. All his shutouts this season have come in that span and the Rangers have gone 5-2-1. ... Cristobal Huet made 29 saves for his first shutout in nearly a year and Montreal beat Buffalo 2-0. ... Pittsburgh's Dany Sabourin earned his first NHL shutout by making 20 saves in a 5-0 victory at New Jersey. ... Marty Turco recorded his 31st career shutout by making 19 saves in Dallas' 5-0 win at Anaheim.
ROAD WOES
Tampa Bay is off to a franchise-worst 0-7 start on the road after allowing the go-ahead goal with 1:19 left for a 4-3 loss to Florida. The Lightning have dropped six in a row overall.
LUCKY SEVEN
Colorado's winning streak against Calgary reached seven games after a 4-1 victory on Monday night. The Flames' last win over the Avalanche was a 5-2 victory in Calgary on Feb. 17.
WILD INJURIES
Minnesota placed forward Pavol Demitra on injured reserve before Monday's game against Edmonton with a strained groin, and forward Marian Gaborik joined him on the scratch list with the same injury. Demitra missed his fifth game out of 15, and Gaborik was out for the third time.
BELL BACK
Forward Mark Bell will make his debut for Toronto Tuesday at Ottawa after completing a suspension for a drinking and driving incident. Bell finished serving a 15-game ban on Saturday. The discipline stemmed from a drinking and driving incident in San Jose, where Bell played for the Sharks last year.
SPEAKING
''I'm not going to sugarcoat it. Our commitment tonight was unacceptable. This was a big divisional game. To come to the rink like that doesn't cut it. I am surprised, to be quite honest.'' - New Jersey coach Brent Sutter after Monday night's 5-0 home loss to Pittsburgh.
