well true.....i am not making excuses for him, but i think his plusses outweigh the bad games he had.....He has always been the guy there and with that comes alot of pressure and stress...

Brady has been better in the big spot IMHO, but Manning's greatness can not be minimized either.......He has had bad games at times....but many more good/great games...

I agree, but just like Dimer says, in Win or go home situations, he has been fair at best when you judge his career. So far he has been a spectacular regular season QB. Last year finally got him over the hump but overall, Brady trumps him in the BIG games over a career and the numbers show that.

Don't get me wrong TTT, i've actually always liked Manning but enough with the excuses why Indy lost. Not from you, from "Others".

Peyton may be the greatest of all-time. And as his team got at least comparable to NE's (still w/o defense) he spanked them 3 times. Did you forget that? He beat them the last 3 times with a weaker team. They finally now have some D. Now I did say that NE was the better team today, I just wished Indi had their #1 weapon to see how it would've played out. If ne was w/o Welker or Moss and they lost a close game, wouldn't you wonder the outcome if they had that key player?

I think it is tough to argue who has the upper hand in this matchup.....it is brady and the pats....

I think the opposite though......that the colts were disrespected by the whole sports world and everyone on here....It was not if the pats were gonna win...but by how much.....Look how many peeps had the over here.....Everyone expected brady to light it up to the tune of like 40ish...

Dan Marino was a GREAT qb without a great team. He never won a sb. Does that mean Kurt Warner is better because he has a ring? No, TEAM stats represent a TEAM. Rings represent a team. Brady clearly admitted who was better. You need a new argument!

Was Dan Marino ever (3-7) against any particular QB who won 3 Bowls or 1 even? No. Peyton has had the teams and not produced but once.
