I do understand where you're coming from with the stats. However, this is a TEAM game. Ne has been better than the Colts as a team for the majority of years past. Remember too, even Brady himself said Peyton is better as he has a better arm, he's bigger, and smarter!

That is correct Wayne. Injuries are a part of the game and today NE was better! I just wish he were there to see how it would've changed things.

Buddy Give me a break. Before this season, Manning had a ton of weapons every year and Brady had none. He was still (6-3) against Indy and Manning was (3-6) against N.E.

All I can say is BOTH are GREAT and will be all-time greats. Brady is all-around great and very clutch. I just think Manning is better. But as far as the game goes, NE was better tonight.

Manning has had Marshall Faulk in his prime, Edge in his prime and now Addai. He has also had a Pro Bowler at WR in Harrison for about 9 years and WR Wayne for what, 3 or 4. Add a pro Bowl TE and i don't want to hear any cryin' about difference in talent. Brady has had nothing close to that until this year and he still out dueled the Colts en route to 3 SB Wins and a nice (6-3) record against Manning. That was with very limited help on offense!

I'm pissed because Indi lost and my bet pushed (ne-4). If Indi would've won, I wouldn't have cared about losing the bet. It would've been worth it to me. If NE would've covered, I would've not been so mad because at least I won some $$$. Just a bad night for me!

The Indi offensive line makes the rb's! You see what Edge has done since he got shipped. The rb's are okay but there are A LOT better out there! And NE has always had a better team as they always have a balanced team. Their defense has always been better!

true true...but he never did have a d until recently.....

this is sooo funny......

making excuses for new england for being dominant....

and having to make excuses for mannings greatness....

he could never beat the gators and then the pats....won 3 in a row until today.....

he is great......brady is great.....

the pats are a great franchise

the colts are a good franchise

either one can win the Sb this year....if the giants stumble...

also peyton is not even the best manning playing now let alone better than brady

Hey, sometimes you have to outscore people. How many times did they have the best or 2nd best record and choke at home? If you win 13 or 14 and can't win at home, some of that has to go on his shoulders cuz he fucked a couple of those losses up with his (Manning) bad play!

All i've heard for a month straight was how THIS is the game N.E. loses. Now, it's well they didn't have Harrison or they didn't look great. It's actually comical .......

well true.....i am not making excuses for him, but i think his plusses outweigh the bad games he had.....He has always been the guy there and with that comes alot of pressure and stress...

Brady has been better in the big spot IMHO, but Manning's greatness can not be minimized either.......He has had bad games at times....but many more good/great games...

Peyton may be the greatest of all-time. And as his team got at least comparable to NE's (still w/o defense) he spanked them 3 times. Did you forget that? He beat them the last 3 times with a weaker team. They finally now have some D. Now I did say that NE was the better team today, I just wished Indi had their #1 weapon to see how it would've played out. If ne was w/o Welker or Moss and they lost a close game, wouldn't you wonder the outcome if they had that key player?

i agree....but i do not remember many people thinking Colts win this one on the field......

Pats won....Colts lost.....it matters not who was on the field.....

it is a win....and if anybody makes excuses then that is weak....

I think the opposite though......that the colts were disrespected by the whole sports world and everyone on here....It was not if the pats were gonna win...but by how much.....Look how many peeps had the over here.....Everyone expected brady to light it up to the tune of like 40ish...
