Guys, I am a diehard, supersticious, and very happy Sox fan right now. Tonights game reminds me of game 1 vs Cleveland on October 12. 10-3 final, and I was thinking easy sweep. It worked out, but not before a few mortal sins hit my soul. (saying GD is a mortal sin).
Being a Sox fan throughout the years has made me a very humble World Series viewer. I have to be alone in a room with no distractions. I took down my Sox avitar over 1 year ago because I thought it was bad luck. I am a sicko when it comes to supersticions and their relationship to the Sox,.
I guess my point is that games like tonight scare the crap out of me. They traditionally do not respond well after a blow out. I am concerned about tomorrow's game. I know this team, they play better when they are pissed and backed into a corner.
Just an observation, and GD it I hope I am wrong. We shall see, and I will be the first to admit it. The Sox are clearly the better team, but I will be eating chicken the day of every game...just in case.

you are typical of our ilk....I too have suffered as my father and grandfather did before me...Thank God 1 grandfather (94) is still alive who lives in Brockton, MA still..
But i am also a realist and my friend the Sox are the BEST team in baseball and have been all year....Also they have a rookie they are throwing into a hornets nest...
I will be at the game tomorrow and will be just as confident as i was today...
It is a new era my friend...This team is built to last.....this is no fluke
