Chado's NHL Picks for Wednesday!!!

Would have went 2-1 last night for +1.73 units if Montreal didnt give up the tying goal with 10 seconds left and lose in a shootout. Ended up 1-2 for small loss of just -0.67 units as the bigger 2 unit over came through easily as early as the 2nd period. There are 4 games on the ice for tonight and I like these selections:

2 Colombus Blue Jackets (-105) (1 unit ) OT included ML

6 Chicago Blackhawks (-125) (3 units ) OT included ML
The young guns on this team such as Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews have looked very good to start the season with already 6 points between the two of them. Also Robert Lang has fit in nicely leading the team with 3 goals and 2 assists in 5 games and they have also beat Detroit twice. They should be able to get a win @ home vs the Blues tonight!!!

PS - I have NSH/ANA under on my short list but I cannot pull the trigger with how many goals that Mason and Ellis have been giving up to start the season for the Predators....

Dallas is a good team but Columbus plays well at home....

Also, the Stars could still be without starting goalie Marty Turco tonight because of his sore leg. With Turco ailing and backup Mike Smith on the IR, Dallas will be forced to use third-stringer Tobias Stephan. Stephan made his NHL debut in a 2-1 overtime loss to the Blackhawks on Sunday.

If in nets, he'll face a Blue Jackets squad that looks improved from past seasons. Columbus is 2-2 this season and has won four of its last five against Dallas.
