1- 845 am till 545 pm and then some at home so around 11 hours a day.

2 - around 1-2 hours per day

3 - I try to hide it as much as possible

i am on the computer throughout the day for work and pop in and out......

probably total of 45 minutes a day.....more if i can not sleep at night
