JC I couldn't agree more. I have watched this guy strike out, ground out into double plays with the go ahead or tying runs on base so many times,(and smile about it) he gettin paid regardless and hit the homers when they were ahead or behind by 5-6 runs.

does he have that luxury at this point to play where he wants. It should be interesting. I am thinking that a contender will take a shot at him thinking he just had an off year. I would!!

I don't get how an Atlanta fan can be so cold or angry towards Andruw Jones. I really can't. I think it is a good move by the Braves not to sign him in the 15-20 million a year range. With that said, this kid was a phenom at a young age when he came up and was a joy to watch for many years. The guy is 30 and he has 9 straight Gold Gloves. That is AMAZING!

I realize he had an awful year and i can understand why Atlanta fans would not mind seeing him leave, but this kid was a BIG part of a long and great run by the Braves. I'm shocked at how Atl. fan treats him on his way out. DAMN!

Theo loves him and I can see him making a run for him if they do not get A-Rod. Andruw with the geen Monster coul dbe scary. I know, I know...Ellsbury....but Theo has shon to go get the hogh priced player over the young stud.

                  I would prefer Ellsbury.

You are cold man. I miss alot of my teams former players. Clemens, Damon, Thornton, Martin ... I guess i'll always remember the "Good Times" with former Stars/Players.

Don't get me wrong, he's a good player, but he's got the attitude where he doesn't give a shit!! He might not hit 222 next year or the next, but I'd rather see them spend the money on some others. Maybe Rowand andl et Diaz play everyday in left..All he did all year was hit..
