Take Dwayne Wade or Michael Jordan or Larry Bird or Magic Johnson and replace each of them for LeBron and they would not have taken this team any further than LeBron did. As EVERYONE agreed prior to the series, it is LeBron and a bunch of 6th men. DWade and the same cast of characters woul dhave lived the same fate, if they would have gotten as far. No one person could have made that team any better than LeBron, imo.

This does not affect my opinion of LeBron, nor did his domination of the Pistons...one game or one series wouldn't change my opinion. I thouhgt the Spurs would dominate and win in 5...I gave the rest of the Cavs too much credit!

IMHO you are right Greek.....total mismatch from Game 1. And your thoughts on Gooden are sooo correct. Before the series began someone who was defending James said that he was comparable to Pippen.....whatever? I know like TMac does that ANYONE who finds fault it James is wrong here. But I disagree with Jack, Jordan would have made sure they won a couple games, as would have Magic......NOW THIS IS JUST MY HUMBLE OPINION. All I know is I gave KB 5-1 odds and havn't heard from him.......he owes me a C note!! Oh and while I am on and know you are looking, Ville, you want to put a little something on your Cards over Rice???? I mean SURELY you believe they will win against Rice? Just curious if you wanted a little something on your team?

Congrats on picking the right side in the series. You were as right about this series as you were wrong about the Eastern Conference Finals.

Jordan in his prime MIGHT have gotten a game or two. But Jordan never made it past the first round with the likes of Corzine and Brad Sellers. You can't be doubles and triples all day if you have no one to help you.
