Noticing that I am hotter on numbers and doing okay on sides (Cleveland missed its shot last night). Nothing new in several years of trying.
I like sides- well dogs anyway unless I can bet the day before or early in the morning. I have to tell you that most touts wait until 6 pm to throw in their -145 to -185 favs and rarely any dogs and then brag about their records. I have been montoring these on another site. Units won is not good. They are not interested in units won- I repeat they are not interested in units won- but you are!
Totals seem easier so lets continue my winning in this area and I will only count last nights Under in the Arizona game even though I have rung up a string of victories on totals.
So 1-0 Record.
Baseball - 901 Florida Marlins/Atlanta Braves over 9 -135
I will post as I get em! I also will try to play whole amounts instead of halfs.
The Pitchers have 3-1 and 4-1 day time Overs. The wind is blowing lightly out to left field and the Umpire is 3-1 on overs with a 63% strike vs ball ratio.
I am concerned about the lack of hitting for the Braves as Chipper Jones is out for longer than expected and Andrew is hitless in his last 8 AB.
To compound the Over problem is the Mets Miguel Cabrera hurt his hammy and appears to be out. Cabrera is hitting .372 (16-for-43) in his last 11 games.
Aaron Boone will likely start at third base if Cabrera doesn't play. Boone has four RBIs in his last three games.
"He (Boone) knows what to do in every situation," Marlins manager Fredi Gonzalez told the team's Web site. "It seems like he's always in the middle of something."
Kyle Davies (3-3, 4.99) will get the ball for the Braves on Wednesday. Davies has been terrible in his career against the Marlins, going 0-3 with a 9.68 ERA in four starts and two relief appearances against them.
The right-hander was charged with an 8-7 loss against Florida on April 23 when he allowed five runs, six hits and a season-high six walks in four-plus innings.
Davies has alternated wins and losses over his last five starts. He won his last outing by giving up one run and six hits in seven innings as Atlanta beat the Chicago Cubs 8-5 on Friday.
Look for the Mets to do the run thing and win this game. Watch for an Over due the pitchers alowing men on base and the Umpire helping them get there (and hopefully a timely hit.) This is due to a smaller strike zone.
Hamels vs Hill Philly vs Washington was the umpires only under. I now return you back to your previous main site
Thank You, Be Well and Good Luck to all!
