Chado- Since my e-mail was missed- no matter! This splains (Ricky Ricardo language)it much better!
I spliced one addiction to another and gambling has its ups and downs as life does. I viewed a losing GOY Ottawa and a life on the computer as certain benchmarks for possible burnout. Most of your threads have the word winners and this is another tell of finding stress. If you look at Kapt, Wayne's Sparks ,etc. They have reduced the amount of stress on this site and in their life by reducing their wordage to homerun, 3*, POD, or here are my picks.
My e-mail was merely questions, however, whether it applies or not is the question - It is the awareness of the situation that you have placed yourself in - that possibly is a substitute for the other.
My attempt also is to get you to not place alot of stress on yourself especially on highlighting plays because you will find that it matters little how many views or responses you get back. It matters that you put some money in your wallet and that you are sharing the info.
As we have seen over and over- burnout- loss or going on without the net have and will continue to occur. You have been here long enough to witness some really fine cappers that fell into this category.
Chad- you are very well liked, a strong capper and hopefully betting and throwing plays out for kicks and giggles.
Waynechung can tell you after his minirun of a fantastic 48-13 or so (probably even better) rather he should continue betting 200 per pop or stash it. He asked the question- subconsciously he knew it would be a hard road to stay on. I told him to stash it and follow the signals that his senses were telling him. He did not!
It is interesting when we feel on our bet-- Is this play a solid play or is it one that I hope hits or is it a play that comes around twice a month like Detroit yesterday.
Granted I could be missing the tells but I thought you would benefit from my words- even if this does not apply!
spear thanks man for going out of your way to help a fellow member.people like you dont come around that often.by you letting a person know you care sometimes can help way beyond therapy.
MLB 2012***100-98 +$215 OR +2.15 UNITS
HUGE PLAYS 2-1
Baseball - 953 Houston Astros/Colorado Rockies under 10 -155 for Game
Again I take the highest whole number offered at -155 or below. This should not be anywhere near this number with the Umpire given today. Fogg and Oswalt won't let you down!!
i got it at 9 at -105 would u still pound it at under 9
MLB 2012***100-98 +$215 OR +2.15 UNITS
HUGE PLAYS 2-1
techfan - Thanx for the words.
This umpire is firing away at under 9 runs a game and from another view--
Roy Oswalt is 5-1 under his last 6 in game three of a series & 7-3 under folowing a quality start his his last game. the under is 5-1 the last 6 between the two & is 7-2 the last 9. let's throw in that we have Rob Drake behind the plate today as he is 21-5 under his last 26, including 10-2 this year.
Pound it- No, I rarely do- because unfortunately shit happens.
Base your bet on the above but be aware in 2 games during the day-- Oswalt does not throw as well as he does at night - this concerns me a trickle. He has a over 6 ERA during the day and Over 2.5 ERA at night. Quite a disparity - wouldn't you say. However, if the ump wills this to be a low scoring game - who am I to differ with him!
75 m.p.h. winds could hit tonight in Chicago blowing in from Right Field!!!! The Under 10 looks promising! But I can not see this game being played!!

Severe weather is expected to move through the Chicago area today, bringing with it the potential of 75 m.p.h. winds tonight. But lesser winds already are causing problems around the city.
The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook, which included the possibility of severe thunderstorms tonight and winds more typically associated with a winter storm. But before that weather moves in from the northeast, today should see Chicago's hottest temperatures to date this year, with an expected high in excess of 90 degrees along with high humidity.

The forecast also warns of potentially large hail and lightning, along with the possibility of isolated tornadoes.
"We've got a winter-intensity, large-scale storm in a hot, humid, energy-rich summer environment — a bad combo," said WGN-Ch. 9 chief meteorologist Tom Skilling. "The severe storm risk looks high tonight, probably in the 7 p.m.-to-2 a.m. range."
Winds this morning already caused a scare for students at Rosario Castellanos Middle School at 2524 S. Central Park Ave., where roof scaffolding started blowing around, said Chicago Public Schools spokesman Malon Edwards. No one was injured, and the wind did not cause any damage, but children in a nearby classroom were rushed to the library and another classroom as a precaution, Edwards said.
As of about 12:30 p.m., city crews had responded to 179 reports of trees in the public way, 15 traffic lights out, 18 downed wires and 10 reports of light pole damage, according to Matt Smith, spokesman for Chicago's Department of Streets and Sanitation.
Due to the winds, the city is asking people to be mindful around construction sites today. And the Department of Buildings advised construction managers to secure all equipment on their sites.
Commonwealth Edison officials were looking at wind as a possible cause of a power outage that hit the South Side this morning.
The outage began about 6 a.m. and affected 1,600 customers in an area bounded by 67th and 75th Streets to the north and south, and Mackinaw and Paxton Avenues to the east and west, ComEd spokesman Jeff Burdick said. Power was completely restored by 7:30 a.m.
Burdick said the power company was aware of today's windy forecast and was prepared to issue a "wind warning" to employees that they may have to be called in. High winds can cause numerous outages if tree limbs blow onto power lines or other equipment, he said.
High winds also can make driving difficult, so motorists were being advised to use extra caution on area roads.
The winds have kept most boaters off Lake Michigan, according to Rich Munson, the controller for the Chicago Park District's nine marinas.
"If you look out there now, you don't even see the tour boats going out," Munson said.
Munson said a small boat wind advisory by the U.S. Coast Guard seems to have been heeded by most boaters. He said he wouldn't go out because of the way winds keep waves close together on the lake.
"More pounding," he said. "There's a lot of white caps. You've got a close chop out there. And the farther you go out, the bigger the waves."
As of noon, no delays had been reported at either of the city's airports, but a spokesman for the city's Department of Aviation said delays are expected to grow as winds pick up during the day. He advised travelers to call their airlines prior to leaving for the airport.
