one of the best anti-inflammatory things to take is an enzymatic formula called Wobenzym-N. It is used in Germany in replace of NSAIDS which can be tough on the liver, heart and just not good for long-term use. I use it because i have had major back surgery with nerve damage. It keeps the inflammation down so i do not get sciatica. Works wonders. Must take on empty stomach to get anti-inflammatory response....if taken with food it is an enzyme that will just break down your food. Google it and see the reviews. A muscle specialist i see recommended it. He is a ju-jitzu expert and over 50 years old.

    Worth a shot.

No ice kb, it did nothing. I have a boot i can wear but i hate it because my walking is very restricted when it is on and it doesn't help much. Where it is a nerve/tendon/ligament problem, none of that helps much. Hopefully the MRI will help the doctor out some.

Thanks for the concern guys. You never think much about your feet until you have a problem with them ... Then you realize how important they are for everything. Good Night and go Cavs!

Good call on Cavs and Mets .... wish i'd seen them before game time ..... work is such an inconvienence ....

Sorry to hear that your foot is still missed up.... hope that the MRI will show something that can be fixed !
