Like i've said SEVERAL Times tony, In My Opinion, he should have retired 6 fights ago. Personally, i used to love Oscar and i thought he was one of the greatest. Now, after his last few fights ... Each of these fights were superbowls and to be 3-3 against that level is respectable.....I do not agree with going out with gas left in the tank....Who actually goes out on top and leaves a 25 million dollar payday on the table??
That is not the point i realize, but as a -200 underdog he did better than most thought....was also a huge underdog to Hopkins and about a pick em to shane....
Shane has always had his number and in boxing styles make fights and that is one that works to shane....just as vernon forrest always beats shane.....
In my mind he is not tarnished what so ever.....He fought the best....and lost split decisions.....
Not 1 of those fights did you hear anyone saying, "wow he has lost alot"...."or he is overmatched"......So to lose to the best in this sport the way he did is not as simple as w's and l's.......
If he were Ko'd or Unanimous decisioned i would agree.....but he is still OscarComment
