Please note how few posts i have, so i AM NOT stirring the pot. I'm in Texas, so I have reasons not to like ARod, but he took what was offered by these crazed owners, switched positions when he was clearly the best in the game at SS, won the MVP, had a terrible post season, endured the criticism without placing blame elsewhere, and has carried that same team and fan base for the first 20 games of the year. It's hard not to like him and what he does. I wish there were more pro athletes like him for my little boy to watch stay out of trouble and just play ball.

As a Red Sox fan i agree. He runs out every ground ball and always shoulders the blame for his play when it isn't good. It seems like nothing rattles the guy. Very professional on and off the field.
