It is history in itself that 5 freshmen made the title game......if 5 freshmen ever duplicate that or take it one step farther and win the title then what the FAB 5 did will take a back seat........until then it is etched in history and will never be taken away

Great pimp, they made history with 5 starting freshman. They have just as many titles as every other team in history who started 5 freshman ... ZERO. They made history for getting that far ... Great ... So did George Mason last year for bringing a CAA team to the final 4. Shit happens but i still will remember the champions long before the Runner up!

was gonna say them but they didnt make the final 4........reason I remember them was the style they played and the way they defeated the 90 Michigan edition 149-115 in the second round of the tourney

149-115!!!!.....it was sick the way that team just fired 3's and they would not miss........if Im not mistaken I think that team finally got knocked out in the elite 8 as they played in memory of Gathers but that was a wild team
