I think 1990 and 1991 UNLV might have been the best college team ever assembled, and certainly the best within my lifetime.

1997 Arizona was my most memorable, mainly because I picked them to win it all and won a couple dimes in a pool that year.
              Records:

              NCAA Hoops (38-34-2, +4.59*)
              NFL Sides (34-25, +12.15*)
              NFL Totals (18-14-1, +8.23*)
              NCAA Foots Plays (65-48-4, +21.47*)
              NBA Plays (4-1-0, +5.92*)

I did. I guess they do have a top memory for me but it isn't a great one for UM. It was watching Webber make the mental mistake of a lifetime on the big stage!

To make a long story short, i grew up a Michael Jordan fan as i was about 12-13 when he was at UNC. I have a friend that moved to Raleigh about 20 years ago. I've gone down to visit a few times and we always go to UNC. It's the one and only College BB Arena i've ever been to (twice). It is beautiful down there in Chapel Hill. I've been to Carolina Panther games and to Carolina Hurricane games too right there near my buddies house. UNC is in a very quiet country setting but it is an awesome campus. We actually went into the Dean Dome one day during the week and walked around the whole building. We never saw a sole in 2 hours there. We walked down and stood at center court. I have pictures looking up at the retired banners and championship banners. I know it sounds coeny but it was surreal standing on center court of the Dome. I bet not many people can say that. As many times as i've been to Raleigh, i've never been to the Duke campus which is close by. I've checked out NC State but not Duke. My buddy and the locals tell me every time that it is not a nice or safe place to "Visit" so i never have. Don't you remember knockonwood? Me and him went at it for a long time here as he is a Duke fan!
