OK....We totally discussed this as you always like to say. The lobsters we get here are FROZEN. They flash freeze them. They are UNCOOKED. The recipes on those sites are for frozen, uncooked lobsters that you bake in an oven for 15 to 20 minutes.....

Lobster tails....No doubt! They are frozen and brown. When you defrost them and put them in the oven for 20 minutes, they come out red and are cooked all the way through.....That's all I've been trying to say all along. I already agreed with you that live lobsters probably need to be boiled alive. these are frozen tails.....
