Utah St is indeed 14-0 at home..........straight up.........8-6 ATS....course that figure doesn't apply here, as they're getting 2....line now.......Nevada beat em 79-62 (Nevadas home court), by 17......Home swing in this case would be about 10....take away 4 for Nevada HC, and @ 6 for UTAH ST HC advantage, as they are solid at home, and you still have a differincial of 7, now lets subtract the spread -2, and the difference is still 5.........

Nevada may not be looking ahead as you stated, because all games right now are critical for seeding purposes down the road.........

appreciate your atttiude and input.....I like when we can discuss why we like a team....I play way to many to sit here and write up why....I, probably like you, feel as if we've already done out home work, and here's the results.......one of the main attributes I use, especially at the end of the season, is RPI records vs the same strength of teams, and how they performed........you brought up a good point about NEV losing to their lone game with a team in the top 50 RPI....her's how I derived at my final decision.....

RPI ratings for teams that UTAH ST and Nevada played against, with records.
RPI 1-50
Nev 0-1
Utah St 0-2...they lost 2 of em

RPI 51-100
Nev 10-1
Utah St 2-4...........big difference here

RPI 101-200
Nev 6-0
Utah St 6-1.........no losses here for Nev

RPI 201 and above
Nev 9-0
Utah St 8-1....yes they lost to a team with a RPI over 201....

I truthfully feel the only way Utah St wins today, is if Nev is indeed "looking ahead" as you stated.....I don't feel they will be, as every win, especially against a quality opponent, can only boost your seedings towards the "Big Dance"....I don't think Nev will throw that away....Then again, they just may get beat, and or, blown out........
