well, there is a definite theme to this and we have heard the word over a thousand times already

CONTINUITY

it is not a sexy hire, but it does make sense....the players are all happy because the playbook will virtually be the same and there will not be a huge ramp-up period that usually comes with a new regime....plus they added ron rivera as an assistant and may also add ted tollner...this is all set up to give this roster a 2-4 year window to win a super bowl...all norv and company have to do now is steer the ship and win at least one friggin playoff game (something marty couldn't do)
