Louisville Cardinals (11-1) from the Big East, faces off against Wake Forest Deamon Deacons (11-2 from the ACC...

Line is presently Louis -10 and 52 1/2........

Lets look at the toal side first.....52 1/2
Only once (Maryland 62) has a Wake Forest total exceeded 52 1/2.........
Despite Louisvilles Explosive Powers, they exceeded this figure 7 times, and didn't 5 times.......
Overs had 65, 72, 53, 78, 61, 62, and 87........Under the 52 1/2 was 38, 30, 40, 41, and 39, and these unders were against predominantly defensive minded teams....

Only 3 times has Wake got 30 or more points in a game...
Liberty 34, Maryland 38, and Fla St. 30---this was Nov 11th when Fla St appeared to be falling apart befor they got re-born....

The figures a bove for Louis indicates that when they play stronger defensive teams, they don't fare as well offensively---which is natural....so putting these in perspective, I don't foresee an Over here.....you guys know I love OVER,s, but I don't see one here....

Syracuse 20-10...Syracuse a so so defense
Duke 14-13....powerful Duke held em to 14...??????????????????
Connecticut 24-13----are you kidding me----just 24 on Conn
Ole Miss 27-3....Mediocre SEC team---one of the weakest..
Liberty 34-14---WOW---34 on Big Bad Ass Liberty---geez
Clemson 17-27...1 of 2 losses---Clemson decent defense and Wake gave up 27 to their offense----imagine Louisvilles
NC St 25-23----close game with a pitiful team
N Car 24-17---see above for NC St
Boston College 21-14----Up and down QB (BC) had one of his downs....
Fla St 30-0....best game they played alll year and one of the worst for Fla St
Va Tech 6-27...1 of 2 losses---good Va Tech Team---notice Wake Scored 6 points
Maryland 38-24--played a good game here, and better play the same way tonight...give em credit here
Ga Tech 9-6----wow they scored 9 points....

Louisville got the following points against the following teams
Ky 59
Mia Fla 31
W Va 44
So Fla 31---scrappy lil squad
Pitts 48

Here's the way I see it.....Game will start out slow, possibly with Wake taking control early, but as the game progresses, it'll favor Louis.....

I see close game for first 1/2, Louis making adjustments to Wakes Defensive schemes, exploiting em with speed, timely catches, and most imprtantly, yards after catch, to open up an otherwise close game......

Once Wake Falls behind, they don't have the firepower to catch up, and the harder they try, the worse it'll get

I like the teaser my self----I think LSU is the best 2 loss team in the Country right now, and their D is tough, and don't underestimate their offense with Jamarcus Russell back there....
