Let me just say this about Vick...His receivers have dropped way too many passes for him this year.. Now with that being said, as a longtime Falcon fan I have watched most of his games as a Falcon..The best thing they could do with him is let Schaub start, bulk and toughen Vick up and make him a RB...MLB 2007 140-108

I Love All The Vick Bashing Here. This Guy Has Been In The League 5 Years And Went To 2 Playoffs And In One Of Those 5 He Was Injured. The Falcon Team Around Him Is A Joke. Name One Player On That Team Besides Deangelo Hall. Their Defense Sucks, Their Receivers(who The Fukk Is Roddy White) Suck, But All I Hear Is Vick Being Ripped All The Time. Lets Look At Other Q'bs Around The League- Johnson, Sims, Kitna, Favre, Ive Seen This Guy Throw More Picks In The Last 3 Years Then Vinny Testaverde Did In His Whole Career. But You Guys Will Get On Here And Say He Has No One Playing On That Team. Brunell, E Manning,grossman. None Of These Guys Are Doing Great. Spread The Criticism Around.Comment

i think michael vick is a unique talent in this league, however i do not think his skill set is designed for long term success in this league and the rest of the league is catching on. He has a lazer arm, however not very accurate and does not throw the ball with much touch. I also think he looks to run very early on and does not check off very often.....
There are very many other qb's that are having rough years and mine (manning) is not very good.....That being said i think Vick deserves some criticism....His numbers are typically 11-24 141 yards and like 75 yards rushing.....He may make the highlight reel, but i would prefer a methodical QB like Brees to him and i do not think Vick would have been able to do what Brees has done in Atlanta.....I also think he lacks consistency needed for long term success at the position....I think he gets style points for his flash but i would not want him as my qb....JMHOComment

BUT to compare him to V Young GIVE ME A BREAK....Neither will find big success in the NFL. Young has 8 td's and 8 interceptions and I believe his QB rating is in the 60's. Remember coming out of college this guy was labeled as low intelect and the playbook was simplified for him....That does not change ....children get smarter adults DON'T.
I also believe a running QB's days in the NFL are over. You need a QB that can run, but also pass. The game is much too fast now and a running QB can't survive the long haul.Remember the three R's:
