How can you watch the cubs but not the bulls?
If people would rather watch college ball over watching guys like kobe, duncan,kg,wade, lebron, melo, rip hamilton.. i could go on....thats crazy. I love watching those guys play. They all have different styles and are fun to watch if you understand the game. Not trying to sound like a dick.....jmo.

And where did most of them come from except for a few....YES, college!! You see, in college we get to see who is gonna develope to be a star in the NBA.. I bet you had no idea who Dwayne Wade was before he entered into the NBA... As a college fan, i saw what he done for Marquette during his career and i knew, that he would be a dominant player in the NBA... There is no need to watch him now, because he already is dominant. Nothing left to see

I watch tons of college ball....i knew who wade was. To say there is no need to watch him now is crazy. If you understand basketball you realize what he does out there is amazing and it is just fun to watch imo. I love college basketball but i would rather watch an nba game.
Because I like baseball ... i do not like baskets ... the game is just stupid to me ... bunch of guys running back and forth throwing a ball DOWN into a hoop ... hahahaha

All This Shit About The Nba Being Gay,and Players That Don't Want To Play ,etc......hey If You Don't Like The Game So Be It,but Quit Knocking Us Others That Like The Nba.why Do People That Post Something About A Certain Thing Or Sport They Like Always Get Knocked Here.its Their Preference And Thats It So Keep The Negative Comments To Your Selves Cause As You Can See It Only Causes More And Deeper Problems
You never know which team is actually gonna come out of the locker room, they give it their ACTUAL ALL 50% of the time if that, and I just don't understand why everyone in this forum loves it so much??????
That's what makes the NBA easy to cap. Knowing when teams let up and when they give 100% effort. Teams and players can't play at 100% each and every game.
While I'm not a fan of the NBA players let's give them some credit. Some have argued in this thread playing basketball takes great conditioning. In the NBA very often teams play a game then travel halfway across the country to play another game the next night.
When capping the NBA, expect the unexpected. It's a game of opposites. Capping the NBA defies logic. Unrested teams often beat and cover vs well rested teams. Rested teams often play flat.
Teams that jump out to big first quarter team leads will more often than not lose the game. I love when the team I bet is down big in the first quarter. If the team you bet on jumps out to a big first quarter lead shut the TV off. You team will probably lose.
Injuries. If you play against teams with a key injury you will lose. Teams rise to the occassion when their star player is out. The backup player wants to make a statement that they can play in the NBA. Also, Vegas adjusts the lines. IMO they over adjust. There's value in the lines. Play on teams for a game or two. After a few games start fading the team with the injuries. Play against teams if they have 2 or 3 starters out.
Unlike the NFL, favorites perform better in the NBA. There a slight edge playing road favorites. Unrested road teams cover at a higher rate than unrested home teams. An indication that Vegas over adjusts the line.
Blow out wins tend to play more OVERS. While close games play UNDER. In close games teams hold the ball. Milk the shot clock and limit the number of possession. Conversely, in blow outs become more run and gun. The losing team plays less defense and looks for quick scores. Don't be fooled. The leading team does not hold the ball. We are dealing with egotistical players that want to pad their stats.
Never buy points or tease in the NBA. There's too much scoring. A 5 point tease is two baskets. How many times have we seen a two basket lead of 4 or 5 points quickly balloon to 8 or 10 in the final seconds because the trailing team fouls?
Last but not least. The NBA is not fixed. There's over 1200 NBA games in a season. We'll see many strange endings. Who knows why uneducated overpaid kids from the ghetto do the things they do? Betting lines fluctuate during the day of the game. Especially, leading up to game time. Does anyone actually think the players know the closing line when the are warming up on the court minutes before tip off?
