Sorry but hockey is the gayest sport to watch. What's the big deal if they play a little bit of music during he game? I like NBA because I can bet almost every day of the week.

true molta , at least nba is exciting and playoffs are great. What do we get in baseball one game 7 thats it rest boring series and a bunch of overpaid guys aka NY Yankees.
Not to mention the last 3 world series been blowouts, Super Bowl been the same way besides Cowboys vs. Steelers and Pats vs. Panthers most Superbowls have sucked. Nothing beats the NFL but thats only 2 times a week rest of the time can at least enjoy some NBA basketball.

College hoops is one of the most exciting sports to watch.... I will not watch 1 full game of NBA this year. I didn't last year and i plan to do the same... WAR GUS JOHNSON ANNOUNCING THE BEST COLLEGE HOOPS GAMES ON TV...OUT

don't all the great players leave after 1st or 2nd year in college that sucks. Back in the 90's with all those North Carolina, Duke and UConn players was great.

I am with you Doc, i wouldnt walk across the street to see a free NBA game. Zero interest, if my son didnt like it, i wouldnt watch any at all.

Prefer College baskets, NBA is for shit.

There are two things in the world I can't grasp:

a) The incredibly high ratings for Dancing With The Stars;

b) how anyone can prefer a college basketball game to one in the NBA.

College basketball has the worst rules of any sport. The last 3:00 are foulathons. The quality of play is pathetic as all the good players go the NBA. the talent pool is diluted with 250 Division 1 teams. NOBODY can shoot. The coaching is often terrible as good recruiters are named head coach. The 35-second clock is ludicrously long. One-third of all games involve unheard of Division II and III schools losing by 60 points.

In the meantime, I can see Lebron to a reverse spinning dunk, fastbreaks that go from one end of the court to the next in two seconds, Kobe Bryant drilling a 35-footer with one second left with a hand in his face, Dwyane Wade doing anything.

As for which team is going to show up---name a sport where motivation isn't an issue. As for betting, I love playing the nBA. There is a logic and reason behind it and it can be beaten. It is certainly easier for me than baseball and I had a great year in that sport.

As for the gayness point, we have had people posting on this site about soccer.

One final point: who would you rather watch play, Dirk Nowitzki off the double team at the top of the key or some freshman at LSU going to the free thorw line 47 times in the last minute of a game?????????????????
