If you were watching the Raiders and Titans Game. They were man handle.

I know they are shitty, but when you are suppose to dominate and you do convincingly. That is what you are suppose to do!!

Chargers gave up more penalties yards then the Titan gain on offense in the 1st half. That is domination!

And you guys are right, this will be a defensive game so look to who can actually score...I submit that it is the chargers. The ravens lost their minds when they got steve mcnair and acted as if he was the 2nd coming. They stunk against cleveland and didn't really do much against oakland either. How many TD's did the D set up for them against TB? we know what both their D's can do....i'll take SD's Offense

they are great...with lewis, mccallister, rees. rolle, not to mention their defensive tackles might be the best in the league...i cant believe nobody is giving them credit

Sure, Lewis is great, but are you forgetting Shawn Merrimen? This guys will be better than Lewis!

What is the Ravens going to do when they can't run the ball either? Chargers were #1 against the run last year.

Ask Peyton what it is like playing when you are running for your life! They went into Indy's home and pretty much took the Super Bowl away from Indy last year. Chargers were horrible in pass coverage last year. But they improved that this year. Signing veteran safety McCree and 1st round draft pick Antonio Cormartie. This year D is much better.

Sure you keep saying Rivers is a rookie this and that. But, he is not your typical rookie. He has been in the league for 3 yrs now. If coaching staffs are prepare they can win with rookie QB. Look at Ben Roth.

See how good Brees was last night. Rivers is better than him.

            You will see!!!
rivers threw the ball about 11 times in oak....that was set up by tomlinson getting off on the worst defense in the league....im sure baltimore is going to be able to contain tomlinson and make rivers throw...also, if baltimore goes up, we dont know how rivers is going to react yet, he hasnt played from behind

One thing all of you seem to agree on is that it will be a low scoring game. So why try to figure out who will win. Just play the UNDER.

They did not need to use Rivers at all in that game.

They were completely man handled the Raiders and had the game under control.

thats my point....they didnt need rivers and even then, their coach was really hesitant to let him throw....i think baltimore is a lot better on defense than the raiders and rivers will have to throw..

now this is a definate go---- that character ace is on the chargers for his largest play this week....i only see the chargers getting handled in this spot ....they are playing in baltimore and baltimore will be playing with a chip on their shoulders and be very pumped up for this game......i think that bye week is also overrated this early in the season and may actually benefit baltimore because the chargers had momentum going into their off week

I have a lot more respect for the Chargers after this game.....i thought the game was going to be close, but the ravens pulled it out of their ass with a veteran qb and that defense like i thought they would.......on the other hand, shottenheimer is way too conservative with his rookie qb to win these types of games...phillips looked good and he's got a cannon for an arm...he's in the perfect spot with that running game and should get a lot better which is scary.

                            Good Cal Dare,

I totally agree about Marty Schott. Rivers is good and he needs to let the kid play.
