I think he has one of the smoothest/prettiest swings I've seen in a long time.......

His bat speed is awesome......

Eye to hand coordination is superior to many.......

His body reminds me of a plaer of old, before he really got the Beer and Hot Dog gut going, a guy named "Ruth".......

I personaly think he's clean of roids, and my reasons are, his neck is not as girthy and protrusive as others suspected of roids, and he has a tendency to have a gut, muck like PAPI...

TV if you watched Big Mac and Sosa through the years it was easy to see it .. Sosa was a scrawny little guy and Mac was half his size when he came up .. No one could change himself like that during an off-season .. I always said they were on it .. and then Sosa gets caught with the cork .. Right then and there baseball knew he was a cheater and a liar and he should have been tested immediately ... it would have been so good for baseball instead of just slapping him on the wrist .. what did he say?? the bat boy handed him the wrong bat .. it was his warm up bat .. anyone who has played baseball knows you warm up with a heavier bat ... he was out in left field with a hockey stick ... the lying cheater .. the threat for testing comes out and now he is out of baseball ..

why would they test any of its stars....baseball is into making money, and having scandals and shit like that hinders their money making...if it was up to bud, it probably would be mandatory that every player used steroids like the wwf or e or whatever....the rating were most likely through the roof when sosa and mac were going at it and baseball was on top. what do you think of baseball now?

The world is goverened by rules, no one is exempt, thus the reason you have Police, Investigators, Review Boards, Commissioners, etc.....

It's how you do it.....Legaly, according to the rules, is OK, illegaly, when you break the rules, you pay the price.....

Every activity in the world, especially SPORTS, is goverend by a "SET OF RULES".....Imagine what this world would be like if their were no rules, and people did what they wanted, because, "It's all about making $"...

It would be pitiful.......$ is not the Cure for everything, but it certainly is the "Root of Evil" for about 99 % of the crimes (rule breaking) in the world today........kapt

Howard is almost 27. He had impressive stat in the minors in 2004. What did he do prior to 2004?

I think it was TV who posted the stat that Howard had 110 HR's in 5 years in the minors. Fine. Now in 2nd year in the majors, with the added pressure and facing better pitching he's going to hit at least half that in 1 year. Hmmmm....I doubt he's clean. And he may have the best mechanics and eye hand coordination but HGH will help with bat speed, no question. that = power. and as far as having a bit of a gut, a side affect of steroids can be distention of the ab muscles. it looks like a gut.
