Indians & Yanks are in deep shit folks.......Tigers just finished up their worst stretch of baseball all season and they are still ahead of the Indians in the Central?
Tigers get Oakland again tomorrow and then ther next 13 are v the Tribe & Yanks.......I say the Tigers take a minimum of 8 of those 13 and put the Yanks and Tribe in a hole.......I said a minimum of 8
Zumaya is almost back folks.......the offense with Sheffield is a different animal and he seems healthy and Rogers and Miller arent far behind.

The bullpen is garbage even with Zumaya coming back....
even if the Tigers squeak into the post-season its not like they are gonna do anything anyway.....
But as a fan I guess wishful thinking is the only choice....

Lets not forget Tigers lost 31 of 50 to end least season and still ended up in the series.

Tigers win again this time a 8-5 over the Yanks in the Bronx
Mussina who had been on fire gets clocked early and often.
2-1 thus far in this integral part of the schedule.....meanwhile Zumaya gets clocked at 99 mph down on the farm and Miller still hurting so Jair Jurrjens will get 1 more crack at least next week.
I thought he pitched decent his first time out v the Tribe but C`armona was just dealin on that night.
My do I get the feeling there will be no 1-0 games this weekend in the Bronx.......Im hopin Tigers win that series and at worst gain a split....Yanks are a scary 'regular season' team

Tigers just got beaten down in the Bronx like a red headed step child......its only fair if Im gonna pump them up when they win, to call em out when they get roasted.
2-4 road trip isnt acceptable.......I would like to thank the Devil Rays for keeping us a measly game and a half out of first but with our recent struggles the Mariners and Yanks are pulling away with the wild card and making it more likely by the day that only 1 team will come out of the Central.
Tigers again this week will play 3 more with Cleveland and then back with the Yanks for 4
