A-Rod....

I am now a quasi Yankees fan since placing a bet on them about 2 weeks ago to win the World Series.

In just 2 weeks of rooting for the Yankees, I have realized why their fans love Jeter so much and why so many of them hate A-Rod.

I swear whenever there is a clutch situation (runners on, 2 outs for instance) I just EXPECT A-Rod to fail/Jeter to succeed. And rarely are my expectations not fulfilled.

It seems like every time A-Rod comes up a man on and 1 out he grounds into a DP.

Meanwhile, Jeter gets clutch hit after clutch hit. He's awesome.

FINALLY Someone that I can agree with on this entire situation!! Jeter is the heart and soul of this team.. Thats why IMO that Jeter should be this years AL MVP!! MVP MVP MVP!!

Jeter is arguably having his best season ever...I think a lot of people would agree. I do.
