He does have a problem with running his mouth and being macho....But i do not think you should confuse that with the ability to manage...He obviously is doing something right......Some of the things you say are downright silly....he is paid to be a manager....nothing else.....He is a young manager and he has shortfalls......It does not seem to have alienated his team.....9 straight wins....maybe it galvanized them....Athletes are known to rally for the defense of 1 of their own....(right or wrong)......Then you would deck him.....Come on bro!!!

I personally do not like him, but to say he was handed a team is not quite right either...He still did the job..Calhoun (your boy) had an NBA team last year and could not get it done....so it is not just talent always......He did make many moves last year that had people scratching their heads and it worked out......
