Ok let me see. Have you ever read a single magazine in your life? They put the current issue out the month before the month your in. IE playboy currently has out its August issue. When august gets here they will have out the september issue. Its the same thing here. You ever take part in a presidential election? You cast your vote in November but you dont take office until January. Its the same thing. Get my drift?
