Is it just me or is 10Dime taking a lot of verbal abuse on this AOTM deal? Seems like a hellava nice fellow to me. I'm not sure if he is deserving of AOTM. Always shown a lot of class IMO. Haven't made up my mind as to who to cast my vote for but I can assure all that it will not be 10Dime. He has set moral standards in this forum that may never be surpassed!!!

thanks for the kind words uncle mo. I'm glad someone besides kapt sees how i really am. I only joke around and mean no disrespect. I try and help anyone who asks. I keep honest records and cap all my own games.

Alright, I'm not singling anyone in particular out here, but I want to go ahead and throw this out there. A lot of good points have been made. I have ALWAYS taken the AOTM as nothing but fun, and I hope everyone else here has as well. Here's the problem though......

Ideas about the future of it have been getting tossed around a lot lately and we obviously need to go back to the think tank on this one.... If we create a poll for an AOTM award and the winner gets banned for a month, then we better start taking it seriously and watching who we vote for. I don't know about you guys, but I'm not voting for anyone like RJ, Dimer, LoveDoc, Spark, LSU, Kmann, or anyone one who has been on there so far because these men come here everyday and contribute tons to this forum. They are here grinding away and make this board run smoothly, whether it's with contests, polls, jokes, picks, laughs, or whatever else. Why take one of these productive members away from this board for a month? Just doesn't make sense there.

On the other side, if we take Wayne's idea more to heart and nominate guys like Wiz, Prolific, Hi43920217284504720347827, then what good is banning them a month, THEY'RE ALREADY GONE!!!!! Point being, let's think this thing out some more.

I don't think we'd ever ban someone for a month just because of that, that's not the way this forum is. we weed out the real assholes pretty fast, and they're banned for life.
