I was wrong about the Jets but this time Im not ... New Orleans has been waiting for this day for a LONG TIME and they are not going to get dissapointed ... The Colts are going down ... Get it through your head !!
"facts" have changed. Defense and running game used to dictate playoff success, but those days are gone forever.........or at least until they make rule changes. Today's game is dictated by the great passing games. It has been proven that you can stop a great running game by stacking the box. There is really nothing you can do to stop a great passing offense.

With that said, these teams passing games are both ridiculous. Saints have the better running game, Colts have the better defense.

I'm also a little concerned with the Saints ability on the road. lost @ Carolina 23-10 (I know, disregard..starters resting), won @ Atlanta 26-23 but the Falcons were with Michael Turner AND Matt Ryan, won @Washington 33-30 in a miracle game where Redskins kicker missed a 25 yard FG to win the game, won @ TB 38-7 (good one), won @ St. Louis 28-23, won @ Miami 46-34...another miracle game they were down big. Just don't like the way they play outside the dome.

I haven't even picked a side yet, so there is no bias in my thoughts.

The poll is 16-16 as I type this so we are split right down the middle....I'm waiting for that moneyline to hit +200 and then I'll hit it - just too good to pass up with a team that can score just as quickly as the Colts can.

Don't sell Greg Williams short, he has 2-weeks. To get a scheme going. Look for him to get it going. I think Saints 31 Colts 27. I think it is going to be a good game despite what others are saying. Over the last 4 yrs Brees and Manning have same amount of TD's and they also have the same 3rd down eff. rating don't see Brees short. He is as good as Manning and Brady. The Saints off line is getting sold short here. They will protect Brees and be in it @ the end.

          Over over over

A bit biased here being from Biloxi, MS and obviously an Ole Miss grad, but depite that....I'm pulling for the Black and Gold but I;m not convinced 4' to 6' might not be a really sharp line. Seen several folks who say the over is a trap that the game will stay under....BUT, that's where my $$ is OVER. Why? Obviously, no D can stop the Colts consistently. Heard talk that Indy is game planning to get Freeney free to maul Drew and that would be wise to try. BUT, the Saints are the best screen team in the NFL. After they screen behind Dwight and leave his jock on the turf once or twice, he will have to respect the flat game. If Indy rolls the safety up to support the CB on Freeney's side...Deverey Henderson will be LOOOONGGG GOOONNNNEEEE! Sure I've been waiting for 43 years to see "the Saints go marchin' in" but since back in October I've been pulling for this matchup...FIrst time I remember (maybe ever) arguably the two best offenses in the league in Da Big One. WHO DAT???

Can somebody tell this old computer illiterate how to attach a video file? Wanna post the new #1 hit in the Bayou...The Night We Drink That Dixie Down

Well the line is now down to -4.5 Colts..
Oh, this is the worst-looking hat I ever saw. What, when you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh? Oh, it looks good on you though.

Taking the Saints on the ML. I think either the Saints win outright or the Colts will blow them out. JMO
