I agree kb. Va Tech is always very solid on D and special teams and Bama has a new QB. The Tech defense will fuck with him all day and i love Tyrod Taylor.

Saying Bama was 15 minutes from the BCS Title game is an absolute JOKE!

They had NO CHANCE of beating Florida and everybody that wasn't a Bama fan knew that. I don't want to hear stupid talk about not being motivated for Utah either. It wasn't the next weekend, it was weeks later and any good coach would have had that loss to Florida well behind his team. It is the damn Sugar Bowl and they got their ass whipped, plain & simple.

I love Tech in this game and i can't believe with their Defense, SP and QB ... That they are getting points!

Ok, I forgot Bama was up in the 4th quater of the SEC title game. Again, the sugar bowl meant nothing to Bama and everthing to Utah. That's not taking anything from Utah, because they were a good team. I was all over Utah because it was a huge let down game for Bama. So please don't act like you're an expert around here and everything I say is crap. The last time I checked you're hovering around 500 at best.

Ok, that's fine, but if you think that having the lead with the ball in the 4th quarter means that they didn't have a chance means either you didn't watch the same game I saw, or you have no credibility. best of luck today!

It means it didn't matter what qtr Florida put the choke hold on them. All that matters is everyone said they would and they did ... when it counted, in the 4th.

ok, and I'm saying that after that game Bama had nothing to play for.

Well if the Sugar Bowl Championship is nothing than i guess you are right. Only one team wins the title and if every other was that motivated, why play Bowl games. A great coach takes that 3 weeks and has his team focused for the next game.

Or maybe he did and Utah was just better. Maybe they deserve the credit.

I'm not taking anything away from Utah. They were a great team. In that game Andre Smith was out and Mike Johnson; that's 2 starting oline. Therefore, the running game wasn't there and Bama was in 3rd and long most of the day. Utah exploided that all game. Again, I played Utah and was happy with the outcome. But saying Saban is not a great coach is a joke. He's a top 5 college coach, and most people that have a clue and a memory know that.

Once again, that's your "Opinion". I'm sure many people here could name 5 College coaches they would take before Saban.
