    ---------------------------

If you consider all of that "doing nothing", then I can't really help you with the anger/jealousy problem that must be leading to develope your train of thought.
Apples, I appreciate the input, but those are MERELY STATS....In the record books.....Have nothing to do with Biased opinions, and these Accurate Stats are

over ruled, by SoonerBud and Sooner Mac.....Quote SoonerBud, stats don't mean anything, it's the wins only that count.....example, Clemens best ever, cause he wins, has nothing to do with stats, or the good team backing him up.....

Example....the other day, Clemens pitched 6 1/3 innings, gave up just 7 hits, 2 ER's, Only 1 walk, with 8 K's, and yet lost 2-0 to the Mets......Quite a performance, enhances stats, but means nothing, cause he didn't win (SoonerBud)......

When I brought up Nolan Ryans feats, stats, I was told by SoonerBud that meant nothing, cause he didn't win as many as Clemens.......I wonder if the stats mean anything now, or is it just a LOSS for Clemens....Nuff said....

Naturaly----the Twin "SoonerMac" agreed........So unless the stats favor the Biased opinions of the "Sooner Twins" "Bud & MAC", you might as well not post em......

But thanks anyway my man----I enjoyed the STATS (Reality)....

PS----Wins go to Team Stats also......Money is paid by Stats acquired and earned by respective players........For example a player playing for a team that won 30 % of their games, and hit 345, with 52 HR's, and 160 RBI's, vs another free agent that played on a team that won 70% of their games, and he finished with a 212 BA, 1 HR, 11 RBI's, and struck out 1/3 of the time, based on Stats, who do you think will get the $.....I'd have to ask the Sooner Twins.....

With all due respect, this is exactly why you have grated on the nervous of more than a handful of people on this board. Instead of having an honest sports debate why do you feel the need to make personal attacks? Because you can't defend your argument? If you don't like Kaptain, let it go and don't debate him. In reading his post three times, he pointed out what he thinks are flaws in your thinking. I didn't read any name calling. I didn't read any personal attacks. Instead of responding in a mature way, you call him old yet immature, miserable, a whiner, wrong and you come across as being an obnoxious prick. Who is the immature one? Its fine to be passionate about an opinion but there is no need to start name calling. Because he has a different opinion of you doesn't make him 'wrong' nor does it make your opinion 'wrong'. I just don't understand why you make these debates personal. Quite frankly, you take the fun out of it. To me, these are signs of someone that is miserable with life.........

And while number of posts mean nothing in terms of knowledge or being able to share opinions, it means a lot in terms of earning respect. The Kaptain has earned the respect of most everyone on this board over the years. For you to start slinging mud at someone like him is actually somewhat comical. Disagree with everyone all you want...but what makes this board different than most others is that people are allowed to share opinions without the war of words. We all love good sports debates and we are all passionate about our opinions, which makes these tyoe of discussions fun...save the name calling for other sites.

Just my 2 cents and it is probably worth less than that in your mind...

Go ahead and start your diatribe towards me....can't wait to read what insults you will sling my way.

Oh I get it Jack, he can act like a child and because he supposedly has earned everyones respect he can't be challenged. So the minute anyone says anything about HIS ridiculous behavior then we are wrong. OK, I get it now. I apologized to you in a thread earlier this week. Right after you commented about Dwade and his greatness in Game 3 a year ago.
I will continue down that path with you, as I actually DO respect you. You have always been sensible and very intelligent in your conversation. However, Kappy gets what he asks for by his behavior. We totally disagree on several fronts, and if you can call his response above a positive response. Well we agree to disagree. I don't have to respect Kappy, nor do I. He will get what he give to me. And I am sure visa versa, and in regards to "mudslinging" and "name calling" Kappy has done his fair share to both me and Tmac. So, I respect you dude. But I ain't buying in on this one. Talk about comical, anyone who answers post with "Whatever # " now that is a JOKE! OH, JMHO!

You like putting words in my mouth, don't you? Not the first time you have created an argument that doesn't exist. Do you do this because you like the attention and the arguing?Where did I say you can't challenge him? Please point it out! In fact, you missed the entire point of the post. What I am saying is we appreciate good challenges on this site but just do it without the name calling. If you want to debate me, be accurate with my statements please. Challenge him and everyone else all you want, I just don't and will not understand the name calling one bit.

And no one says you have to respect anyone. Respect is earned, but, again, my point being with less than 500 posts you come out slinging names at a guy that has been around as long as anyone on the board. Again, number of posts mean nothing in terms of whether someone is right, whether someone is knowledgeable, whether someone is a nice guy or not. But they do go along way in whther or not that person is respected by other members on the board. What do you think it says about you to all the others on this site when they read the crap you posted above in response to a post that questions your opinion, but not your person? If you don't like his behavior, point it out and why...without the name calling. He did it to you about a week ago and gave you reasons why youwere pissing people off...not because of your opinions but because of the way you debate topics. He didn' call you names in tha that post. And whether he or anyone else it right or wrong, imo, the board is meant to post opinions, not to call people names.
