There were people on this site giving him all the credit for Dow's rise to 11k, but are nowhere to be found dropping to 10k. They are the ones that can't have it both ways.

As far as pubs blocking liability, I seem to recall a Sen from Alaska (I think) objecting, but would have to look further into it. But raising the liability now won't apply to BP. The horse is already out of the barn.

Like the show Holder is putting on down there. Was Fla AG invited to his pow wow? Why go down the "criminal" road now. Let them fix the damn thing, or let gov't do it, then worry about liabilities and responsibilities. But since many are angry with admin and the appearance of twiddling their thumbs during this, they need to look tough and on top of something.

Ummmmm. I believe the people that were here praising when the dow was up were doing so to those loons who were claiming it was his fault when it was down. I doubt u will remember that.

Here's a question that I doubt u will answer: rep are always wanting govt out of provate business and they don't want govt solving their problem. So a private business has a major oil spill disaster and rep are all questioning why obama isn't doing more? What do u think about that?
