I want to make it clear that I do not believe hcare is a race thing. I was just trying to point out that it's healthy for us to talk about race more than we do. we can learn from one another through discourse.

I thought you would agree with that Vols. Maybe Celts was a little over-the-top in his comments, but I guess there is some truth in what he's saying if people like Vols fan agrees with the notion he put forth. I'm not saying that I believe race is the reason people are against healthcare, but there are a lot of people out there like Vols fan that believe that way. Yall can call me whatever you want, but I live in Birmingham, and there still is a lot of racism down here, and all throughout the country. So, if we all want to dismiss Celts for being crazy, then so be it. We may feel better about ourselves, but that hinders from our progression. Again, I don't believe race is a huge issue, but to a lot of people it still is.

I really just assume they do cram it through b/c at the midterms the Republicans will just run on overturning the bill and will retake control of both the house and senate. That's it, I'm now for the Dems to cram this through via reconciliation!!!!!
