Exactly and that's were a lot of our problems started that we are currently in. Banks started trading worthless paper, giving out loans that were shit, giving loans on homes for not only the full price of the home but more than the home was worth.

The banks get tarp monies to help them out so they can lend monies to small business etc, so this country can start recovering, but they are not loaning out the monies. So therefore they are paying back those tarp loans. Plus they didn't like the fact that Obama made any of the companies that got tarp loans put caps on how much these dumb ceo's make. They should be paid on performance not stupidity.

However, that's not the only thing Reagan did wrong.
