There's never been any rhyme or reason for which thread stays and which get moved. I've seen many threads that have nothing to do with sports remain. At the same time I've seen many ALL SPORTS DISCUSSION threads get moved.

Can someone explain what a thread about Harden and CC has nothing to do with ALL SPORTS DISCUSSION?
