As stupid as of course I know this bet was did anyone watch the Giants all season long?? THEY WERE FUCKIN TERRIBLE!!! I fuckin cut up Eli all season long and so did everyone else....The Giants are super bowl Champions beating Dallas, Green Bay, and New England?? I still dont buy that this team that I watched all season SUCKED SHIT and won it all??? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME???????????....tons of factors and reasons as to why I thought the Pats would just simply win this game.....I am sure you guys can relate "PRIOR" to the game starting how this was a perfect spot to lay the heavy juice on the moneyline....

I think this is the 3rd biggest upset....Jets over Colts and Pats over Rams were bigger

In the realm of todays action this isnt even the biggest upset as Niagra lost to Canisius as a 7-1 Fav I think and the Pats were barely a 5-1...this really isnt that big of an upset if you compare it to Michigan losing at home to App St, USC losing at home to Stanford or Louisville losing to Syracuse all on their home field......those 3 teams were all favored by over 30 and in USCs case by over 40

Reason why this one stings because at roughly 5-1 people could actually take a shot at getting back some real money with a ML play.

Marshall Faulk said it best when he said Tom Brady was not smiling when he came on to the field and I agree with him....the Pats seemed to have the weight of the perfect season on their backs and it finally collapsed today.

Another 1st is this is the first time all season long that a team has failed to cover the spread for a 6th consecutive game.....every other time a team missed 5 in a row they covered #6 rather easily

I would do what ElJugo said.....once you lose its tough but once you wake up in the AM its always a new day

          PEACE

I feel ya. I considered betting that ml for some easy money, but reconsidered because it seemed too easy. May be a good idea to take a few months off. good luck

PUHLLEEEEEEEEEEZE...Chado, sorry you lost but give the Giants credit...there was no fix, the better team on this day won.

Again, sorry you lost but the Pats didn't choke, they were outplayed and, amazingly, outcoached.

If I had to pick a winner and everything in my world depended on it, would I have picked the Pats?* Probably.* But to lay 400 to win 100 is another story and I feel for you Chado.* I respect your handicapping and dont want to see anyone I respect lose.* But just like I told a friend I had for the last 15 years that lost ML bets on the Cowboys and then the Packers, this team isnt nearly as bad as most of the BC made them out to be.* And no, I am not just saying this after the fact.* My opinion has been on at least 10 threads in this forum in the last couple of weeks.* Regardless, just wish you took the Pats minus whatever.* And you even bought them down to 10.* So something inside of you had doubts, if not you wouldnt have needed to buy.* And fixed.* Because you lost a game in which the best team ever according to a bunch of folks got held to the least amount of yards in a half in SB history?* Cmon Chado.* Again, Im so sorry you lost some bucks, but please. Take it for what it is. Pats are human. And Eli isnt as bad as you think.

Actually Chad, your one of the last guys up here that I wanted to read a thread like that from. Actually, there are a bunch because this is a cool place and I dont want to see anyone lose. I have lost my balls on so many games back in the day, that I thought were easy pickins so I feel your pain. You know your hockey, thats the important thing.

Chado, I feel your pain - had a few ML parlays bite the dust but also had G-men and the points. Bottom line - these teams ended up to be pretty evenly matched. They played twice - once the G-men had nothing to play for and almost won, the 2nd time both teams had a ton to play for and the G-men did win. If they play ten times, Pats probably win 7 of 10. Unfortunately for NE, today was one of the 3...
