Would just anybody get this type of sentence structure- did the others that were found guilty coming out as well. Is there another state case that went thru or is it he can not be tried twice!

I find it offensive that a person can purposefully execute any animal for the sake of greed and get away from a prison term.
I sincerely believe our judicial system needs to be overhauled. That check and balances should be placed at every court hearing and that all evidence should be heard and appropriated so that neither side has an edge.
I realize that Vick has been taken for a lot of money and prestige- but the light sentence is a sham.

If money is going to rule our court systems then those who prescide over these hearings are no better than the greedy guilty party.

Judges in this case- should have a big beer can fall on their head and say "Men need to be Men!!" or whatever that commercial says!

I said it before and I'll say it again.

Vick's sentence is a joke. While I don't condone his actions, there's far worse crimes being committed with more lenient punishment.

This country needs to analyze it's priorities when Leonard Little of the Rams, receives a more lenient punishment for killing another human than Vick received for killing dogs.

Little completed his sentence of 90 days in the city workhouse, 1,000 hours of community service and four years' probation in 2002. There's something seriously wrong with our system where one criminal receives 23 months for killing dogs while another receives 90 days for killing a human. Do we put more value on dogs than humans?

You're carzy man Vick wil be back in the NFL ASAP...most likely not as a QB but he will be one bad ass KR/PR and they will find some ways to use him on offense or maybe even as a DB....the guy is 2 great an athlete not to see the field again

What he did is not OK....its a federal offense and he is paying his time which is too stiff of a penalty but it is what it is....there are much bigger things to worry about then some dogs...its sad but in the realm of things they are still just animals
