I am not a supporter of the Iraq War but I am of the war in Afghanistan. However, Mr. Bush is our commander in chief and I felt the need to support our troops who are there. It disturbs me to see young guys coming home limbless...(i have seen 2 in the last 2 weeks).....these guys are not in the 3,000 KIA stats....There are a boatload of limb injuries, eye injuries, not to mention Mental in injury that is sure to surface. I am a conservative American and this war has bothered me from day 1.

I only wrote the reply to MCP because it is not factual. He is usually dead on with his opinions, but this war has lots of us fired up, but Saddam sent many to their deaths through death squads as well as the Iran/Iraq War as well..

If we had allocated our funds and efforts to the terrorist breeding ground we may have gotten bin laden by now....But IMHO that would not have mattered either. However, there at least be a buffer between Iran & Iraq.....Hussein......Unfortunately him out of power is worse.....

Now we are relaxing our standards and allowing felons and HS dropouts in the military.......(saw it on AOL today)...

Anyways, my thoughts and prayers to the troops. I hope people can see past their allegiance to their party and be loyal to what is right.....not just what the left or right tries to feed us......Man i hate politics!!!
