I knew we had this forum but I did not know if Monte wanted it to be an open discussion or just get responses by email. I did mean thread but said forum. I do think maybe some new guys might have suggestions on how we could be more welcoming or maybe something that would make people post threads not just come in and read. I know Kaptains Kruise got a lot of guys used to posting plays just because it was laid back in that thread. I did not want to start a thread when Monte wanted it to be e-mail.
