For what its worth, my very first car was a 1965 Plymouth Barracuda bought my father for me to start my last year of college;it was actually kind of stylish back then with the hatchback and all;it cost somewhere betweem $2400 and $2800(can't remember exactly);I bet one of those if restored might be worth a few pesos today.

Years ago you never heard of a 48 month car loan .. Now you can take a car loan out for what?? 5-6-7 years ... The price of cars are ridiculous ... I lease mine cause I like to change every 2 years and I know I will never be upside down on trade-in day ... Nice write off also ...

I lease mine too. People are either Pro-lease or very Anti-lease.

i'm the asme as you, I get sick of my cars after 2 or 3 years, so I like getting something different or new. I always do 3 year or 39 month leases. Cars are the WORST investment anyone can make.

I have been leasing since 1983 ... no better way if you keep your new car for 3 years or less ... keep a new car for 3 years on a reg. loan you will be upside down with it .. another good thing about a lease you do not need any money down .. to me, you can not beat it ... I give them my old key after the lease and they give me my new one ... and you drive more of a car for the same payment ...
