Frank w/out mentioning names it's people here and there that wished him luck. Just a few (myself not included) but a surprising few. Probably the few that he didn't have an argument with.......... Well forget it, that's not totally true either. Monte doesn't care if people post elsewhere, it's a free country but this particular one has threatened to do this to him in a bad way and it has to be taken seriously by BC as it is already being tried and he feels like people going there are showing a sign of being on his side of the problems bc had with him here.Comment

all of us have had some beefs from time to time including me-but most of us on here are man enough to admit whem were wrong but the great thing about this site is that when somebody puts their foot in there mouth you guys are quick to correct it and most of us have remained friends after some really stupid arguments-and if you look really hard at most of the time there has been some dissension on the site usually somebodies lost a big wad of dinero-keep up the great work-this is the best site-PERIOD..... CHUNG.DON'T YOU EAT THE YELLOW SNOW !!

all the plays come from here so why go there.and his site is the smallest site i've ever seen and the service plays are in the corner page its 1/4 size of our service thread.If your going to leave than leave why start trouble and threats via-email....i have no idea who wiz was as i didnt deal with him in the service thread.He did get 1 or 2 people at the most to be moderators there and come here and steal our plays and post them at his site.TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT ALL THE PLAYS THAT YOU GUYS SEE ALL OVER THE WEB COME FROM HERE BETTORSCHAT.than get posted all over the web.As u see when i make my posts i state clearly that this is the place for the plays why pay or go anywhere else.Also i think people should open at least 1 account with a sportsbook from here..at least we can do that .......im the first to amit that i post in other places but thats how i get some of my plays from other places so its a trade off...but i post here 80% more than other sites....and the sites that gave monte a hard time (which i found out from monte & others) i wont post there..Last edited by Ripple; 02-23-2005, 12:20 PM.Comment

That is what I meant when i said it upsets me that members from here are posting these plays on other sites .. I certainly did not mean members posting their plays or discussions on other sites .. Ripple, Great Post. I know we had a run in before but we always try to work things out and you have contributed a TON here. It's hard to keep a forum of this size happy and i'll be the 1st to say we (I) don't always approach it the right way but we try to keep things flowing w/out all the BS other sites allow.

Keep track of the number of hits daily and especially on weekends(if you don't already) on the various threads.
I wouldn't worry until/if you see that number drop significantly;personally I don't think it will happen.Comment

i think spark stated something that we should think about for a weekend or 2 ..close down the service thread for a weekend and only let the regulars in and see how bad the other forums will suffer.i had one forum ask me if i only posted there with all the plays and nowhere else they would put money in a offshore account for me lol..i swear to god and monte knows about it ..My answer was a flat out NO.Honestly if monte ever said its bc only and no other forum id have to say yes..but i know montes not that kind of guy...aLSO THEY GUY who is the moderator was banned from this site with wiz and monte let him back,and now he is over wiz;s site and here,Now thats a real SMACK in the face,,,oh well enough of my baffling ...good luck monte and dont worry about a thing ,,,,,no other forum can deal with all of us like you do .....

So everyone can read and look in disbelief. But this is about me and I guess I'm an asshole. He asked me to help him Mod the site. Took me over two weeks to decide and I said yes.
Why I have no idea. I have never promoted his site never even told anyone about the site itself. "ASK ANYONE HERE THAT I HAVE EMAIL ADDRESSES with if I have said anything to them" The only ones that I told was Wayne and BC for a heads up even told them the username I was posting under.
So if I was trying to hind anything I sure wouldn't have told them.
Yes people will think I'm a Ass and so on and won't like me for it, I guess that will be the way it is. I'm not going to fight with anyone because I honestly don't have anything to fight about.
But I look at users on this forum as friends and to be honest. I feel Wayne is a real good friend of mine.
So I'm Sorry if this was wrong of me. Post and let me have it since this is what BC was looking for. Also if I need to be Banned then I guess thats whats coming to me.1 of 1 Morons

Homer, You are one of the one's BC is hurt by, yes. The thread however was not started FOR YOU. It was started because in the last few days others surprisingly joined. It was time to let people know how he felt about it before more jumped ship not knowing what wiz did to him. If it was about you it would have been posted weeks ago. Are we disappointed that you would mod for him? ABSOLUTELY. Would Monte feel just a little loyalty if you didn't? ABSOLUTELY.Comment

As I stated in an earlier post. I don't think there's anything wrong with viewing and posting at other sites. We don't owe anyone our loyalty.
