I have heard of that place, my dad lives near the villages actually he lives on 6 acres with horses and shit you would like that. My dad will go anywhere to do a job he is a money hungry fool. He has been doing custom mirrors and stuff for about 20 years, he really is one of the best! Let me know if they need any work done whenever the time comes.
I agree, ocala area is much like upstate ny, horse country with rolling hills. That was what my parents liked so much about the area. They did alot of research and visted dozens of spots across much of FLA before deciding on spruce creek.
They seem to love it. I've been to their place 3 times so far and have enjoyed it every time. The people are nice, the weather is great the only knock is much of the food sucks

The food is alright, there is alot of franchise places here not to many "mom and pop" places. I like it here, it's a lot less crowded than most places also.
I flew into Orlando, drove to Port St. Lucie. Then spent 4 days in St. Lucie and West Palm, then drove back to Orlando. I'm thinking I might have passed your town?

853 i believe. I havent been there in awhile. I've slowed down greatly in the past year since i got married. Not drinkin i mean drinking at that bar. Its too expensive. Beers range from $4 to $40 per bottle
yep thats for the most expensive stuff. A Super rare belgian monk ale. I dont even know the name of the stuff cause i aint spending that much on a beer. I've had plenty of $25 a bottle Fullers Vintage Ale out of England which is outstanding an highly recommended but never the $40 a bottle stuff. less than 10,000 bottles made per year for export worldwide. This bar as i said ranks #2 on selection for beers in the entire US. The owner gets beer that NO ONE else in the country can get. He has connections and travels to europe constently.
Every new beer is givin a # they started with 1 and now are well over 5,000 in total different beers that they've had in stock at some point in the 12yr history of the bar.
